    Great light version of Putters Full Flavour. The one pack that I ordered (in order to sample) was hard to open, both the plastic wrap and the paper pack. Would be a 5 star otherwise. Good flavour, mouth feel and even burn.

    I like the putters but I found this order to be quite dried out and lots of tobacco falling out in the packs.

    These are not a brand I really care for, they are somewhat smooth but have a heavy metallic-tobacco taste to them. The tobacco is also pretty loose in them. I have a ranked list of the 10 light smokes they offer and this is #8. My best comparison for branded cigarettes would be probably Marlboro.

    I must admit I’ve never had a issue with the brands or service offered until my last order, it took several attempts to actually order my shipment then while payment was taken out of my account, I had to wait four days on any updates on my order and at that point the only update I received was the label was created and nothing else. Four days later it showed being dropped off at Purolator and I swear within 24 hours my package was at my door. Meanwhile no explanation as to why my order sat for 4 days and why did it sit longer than it took to deliver my shipment I might have to rethink my next order if this is going to be the standard

      Hey Mac, the reasoning behind why your order sat for awhile is because during this time Canada Post was having a service update and we were not able to print any labels. They took longer than expected to get their systems up. We decided to make a business decision and not wait for Canada Post and move forward with Purolator. We had some notices and emails sent out that may have been missed. Going forward we are back to using Canada Post with the same shipping standards we’ve always had.
