Disappointed with quality. Have ordered these exact same smokes else where and the quality between the 2 isn’t even comparable. Cartons aren’t plastic wrapped and packs are barely wrapped, extremely loose smokes are dry or only have filled, lots of holes near where filter and paper join or in seam of paper out of each pack we can’t even enjoy half of them as they smoke in 4 puffs or there’s a hole somewhere – very happy with the service just very disappointed in the quality of the cartons, packages and cigarettes
